I have been on Zithromax for three days with no results for an ear infection.?

I woke this morning sweating which quickly subsided, but still have a gurgling cauldron in my ear. I currently have a few courses of Josamycin. Do you think they will help as I have no insurance?

The ear infection may not be bacterial at all. In fact, most are viral. There's no way for even a doctor to tell with a unmarried exam. Forget self medicating and give the body time to heal itself.
