If you have a hot little female brushing up against you and you still can't get stiff, then be worried. Until then, it's not a trouble.

maybe you're just not that into it (in the mood). you could be forcing your masturbation.

It's not unusual. Smoking can cause poor circulation, which can result in erectile problems. Notwithstanding there are lots of factors as to why you can lose an erection. Something as simple as a distraction like a pet knocking something over can be enough to break your concentration and lose your erection.

I'd only become concerned about it if it happens regularly, and/or frequently.

I believe anyone can suffer erectile dysfunction. But there are numerous causes, and although smoking contributes, your only 22 so i doubt its that. See how you go over the next few weeks and whether its still happening then see your Gp. He'll have loads of advice and support and the problem might be something as simple as stress!!

No need to be embarassed Gp's see stuff like this all the time.

Being a virgin has nothing to do with it. All men will at some time experience this. It is normal. Whether you are panicking then it is going to be a trouble for you. A lack of confidence is a major psychological cause of erectile dysfunction. If you wish to screw a girl, you're probably going to have to use something like viagra. It will give you a very strong erection irregardless of your psychological state. With a history of successful conquests of the reasonable sex, your confidence will return along with vigra free erections. Next time, don't freak out, remember it happens to even the most potent from time to time.

being a virgin or not is not relevant here.

being a smoker Is. That's the cause of your Ed. Throw those cigs absent and never look back.

Gotta make some lifestyle changes, Bubba! No smoking - no chewing - no dipping - no beer/ale - no booze - no drugs of any kind - these all can interrupt blood flow to your penis resulting in diminished libido cause erectile dysfunction or impotence.

Make some changes.
