Can I alcohol grape juice with my medication?

I'm all out of water, and I don't feel like walking up to the store. I have to take my medication. I'm only taking 1 little tablet. Can I alcohol some juice? I only have grape juice.

What medication? How can we possibly help if we do not know what the drug is?
The fact it is 1 little tablet is irrelevant.
