Im allergic to tylenol, does that mean I'll be allergic to vicodin?

I've taken tylenol like 2 or 3 times and it makes me hallucinate lol. my parents always said it was because I was allergic to it, is that true? will vicodin make me hallucinate?

Vicodin contains a high amount of acetaminophen or Tylenol. I would stay away whether I were you.
