what would happen if i have asthma and Scoliosis and i take vicodin?

i know it says to refer to a doctor but i want to ask on here first.
thank you for the site i will look into it. and i do plan on it but my doctor appointment isn't till next week so i thought i would look into it. and yes i know what scoliosis is thank you.

The Scoliosis has no real bearing on using opioid analgesics. There is a warning approximately using opioids in asthmatics however typically asthmatics are fine unless they have severe and uncontrolled asthma. But opioids do cause respiratory depression which is why they can be particularly dangerous. If you are like me with well controlled asthma, opioids are almost always safe and in fact I take opioids for chronic hurting.
