Could a story like this possibly be true? A circumcision is done orally by a Rabbi on a baby using his mouth teeth? Is this true?

You sound like a complete anti semite! Metzitzah b is done by the very Orthodox, at one time it was thought saliva helped heal the wound, but over the years that has proven false. The Orthodox who cling to the very traditional still practice this, but with a specially designed straw where the Mohel sucks a little blood and then spits it out. Better watch out as Who endorses male circumcision and the Cdc and the Aap are both reviewing their positions and are expected to both start endorsing Ric (routine infant circumcision).
