Do the side effects from Anti depressants die out after a couple of weeks?

I have Sexual dysfunction nausea and insomnia on top of headaches and dizziness, will the side effects die down on most medications once they are in your system, im on venlafaxine, and also are the side effects worse at the beginning of taking them

those should subside in a number of weeks when it really starts to kick in.
If they don't stop between like 4-6 weeks after of taking it then you should
talk to your doctor.

These initial side effect symptoms are very common and your prescribing doctor was under an obligation to warn you they were almost sure to occur. Notwithstanding the patient data sheet in every pack also warns you approximately them. In the majority of patients they subside in 3 to 4 weeks.
