I'm really desperate on losing weight. I increase 50 pounds when I had my daughter. I weighed 110 pounds 3 yrs ago but now it is so hard to loose this weight. I dont really need to lose all 50 pounds. My goal is at least to lose a little bit on my tummy. I found this acai berry online and i had read some of its information but I really need to make certain whether it works. Please help me select what is best diet pills. I heard approximately zenical, fitrum, and I even tried the fat burner (i bought it in walmart but it didnt work). you can email me some of your answers if you dont wanna post it in here... elainecabanada

No do not purchase that acai stuff through the internet. its most likely spammers wanting to receive ahold of your cc receive quicktrim, and do jillian micheals dvds(theyre Amazing) and youll drop 50 like That! )

some diet pills work while your on them so unless you are going to take them forever you will increase the weight back. the others don't work to start with
the exercise diet. one hour four days a week. incorporate exercise into your social life.
jogging, cycling to work/school/town, swimming, surfing, dancing, aerobics, a martial art, ice-skating, roller-blading, tennis, basketball, go gym, yoga, orienteering
example healthy menu
for breakfast have some fruit like watermelon with cereal and milk, brown toast with topping like beans, egg, peanut butter and banana or a scone
lunch can be a wholemeal sandwich, bagel, roll, wrap with lettuce, tomato, cucumber and either tuna, chopped avocado, ham or cheese(no butter, mayo) or a veggie pasta salad
dinner should be 1/4 protein(beans, egg, meat) 1/3 carb (potato, brown rice/pasta and the rest vegetables. eg. pepper and meatballs in tomato sauce on spagetti, roast beef dinner
supper or snack can be veg soup or a fruit smoothie or a yogurt and a piece of fruit or raw veg sticks eg.peppers and celery with a jar of hummus, guacamole or salsa
drink lots of water, herbal tea and a little fruit juice

save the money and purchase a blender for fruit smoothies

You can lose weight if you tried right program. I tried numerous program, but could not lose weight. I found the best program that works amazing for anyone.
