Does four 5mg Cialis pills have the same effect as one 20mg tablet?

I was wondering becasue I have a months provide of 5mg pills and I don't want to keep it in my system whether it is not needed. I know whether you do the math you could be lead to think that it would be the same either way, but I know the 5mg pills were designed for daily use and 20mg pills were designed for as needed use. Whether there is anyone out there with any knowledge I would greatly appreciate your insight. Thank you.

No, they would not have the same effect. The 20 mg. pill is a slow release one that gradually dispenses the med in your system.
