How to stop spam from Vigara?

I keep getting spam from viagra, my email is a gmail account so i tried creating a filter but the email subject changes everyime and so does the sender adress, hence it is quite impossible to block them. i also dont want to download any anti-spam softwares or anything, is there anyway in which i can stop it then?

Check mark them and click on spam,' this should stop those addresses from being delivered to your inbox. When they change their address, mark them as spam again. Repeat as essential until it stops.
