how do i report somebody anonymously who is selling their hurting medication Vicodin?

I know his name and where he works, but i dont know who his physician is. How do I go about reporting this man? He is selling to a friend of mine who is already addicted to hurting meds. I want this to stop.

you can call the cops and tell them you want to specifically report it as anonymous, or a hospital whether you know the patience name.
