Why does my brain feel like its fizzing when i take vicodin?

Its a kind of a numbness feeling...and sometimes my hearing goes out ( like as whether i were yawning). I know approximately vicodin euphoria too. Im just wondering approximately why i fizz and my brain hurts. I only took 2 bout an hour ago.

it's a very strong narcotic.
