if you are starting to have a poor reaction to the meds that you took (a reaction that you generally do not have when you are taking either medications) you should contact poison control (the number is found on the bottom of the packaging that came with the advil) or contact your local pharmacy try Cvs or Walgreens 24 hour pharmacy stores whether you still cannot get your answers check into a minor emergency room.
While you should really mix and match your anti inflammatories too much, celebrex and advil work on two separate and different stages of the inflammatory process. Ergo, you're not going to overdose by taking them both. It probably would be in your best interests to just stick with the celebrex. It's quality stuff and given a week or so, can usually begin to knock out your hurting. A bag of ice for 20 min is the best thing to twosome with a perscription anti inflammatory, just to make certain you belly doesn't receive overloaded with meds.
